MIRA cancellation/refund policy

All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted by email to [email protected].

Requests received within 30 days of event start date will receive a full refund (100%) of paid registration fees

Requests received less than 30 days of event start date will receive a 50% refund

Requests received 14 days or less of the event start date will not be eligible for a refund.

MIRA reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event due to unforeseen circumstances and will refund registration fees in full if the event is rescheduled or the location is changed, and registrants are unable to attend.
